Caffeinated Chats | Signs From The Universe

A while ago, on one of my old TikTok accounts, I started posting short videos where I'd sit down with my coffee and talk about whatever was on my mind.

That's how my little Caffeinated Chats were born.

Somewhere along the way, life got busy, and those coffee talks slowly disappeared. Recently, I've realized how much I missed having a space to simply ramble and have honest conversations with all of you.

So... I'm bringing them back!

These talks won't always have a perfect conclusion or a neatly wrapped-up lesson...sometimes they'll just be me sharing whatever has been in my heart or on my mind that week.

They're just meant to be real, unfiltered conversations. And if you know me, I loveee an excuse to get coffee, so I don't have a set format for these now.

Grab your espresso, get cozy, and let's chat!!

What's in My Cup Today

Today's coffee was made at home.

I'm sipping on Starbucks' Caramel Macchiato Ice Espresso from the grocery store (the bottled jug version) poured over ice with a splash of Chobani Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer and cinnamon on top.

I am not a fan of hot coffee, so this has been my go-to for when I want a quick iced coffee.

If you're someone who loves dessert-inspired coffee, I highly recommend giving this combination a try.

Now that we're properly caffeinated... Let's dive into the post!

The Universe Whispers

I'm writing this at 6 a.m. on a cloudy Tuesday morning, fresh from my walk with my iced caramel macchiato in hand.

Toward the end of my walk, three bright red cardinals landed directly in front of me.

Not one. Three.

So today, of course, we're going to chat about one of my favorite topics: signs from the universe!

The Magic of Paying Attention

Years ago, I read Super Attractor by Gabby Bernstein, and it completely shifted the way I looked at the world. One of my biggest takeaways was that signs really are everywhere. When you begin living intentionally, you start noticing them. The universe is constantly nudging all of us, but most are moving too fast to see it.

For me, those big nudges have always been cardinals.

Someone else might always notice feathers, butterflies, coins, or a certain song that plays at exactly the right moment. The sign itself doesn't matter nearly as much as when they appear and the feeling they give you.

Like last week, for example, one of my best friends and I were floating in the pool, deep in conversation about life, when a huge yellow butterfly flew right between us mid-sentence. We both stopped talking, looked at each other, and without saying a word, immediately grabbed our phones to Google the spiritual meaning of a yellow butterfly.

And guess what? It fit exactly.

I have some other sign stories that get pretty wild, but I'll have to save them for another post... I really could say so much about this topic.

The Beauty of Noticing

The world is constantly giving us tiny nudges and little winks.

Whether you believe they come from the universe, fate, God, or simply from becoming more aware of the beauty that's always been around you, I think they're worth noticing.

Not because they'll tell you exactly what your future holds, but because they'll remind you to be present and that you are supported.

Everything is connected after all.

The clearest signs I've experienced have never made me feel frantic or anxious. They've made me feel grounded.

Cardinals are not the only signs I get. Sometimes it's something a stranger says that oddly (and very specifically) answers something I asked the universe earlier, a song that randomly gets stuck in my head, or the newest addition of signs: bumblebees that keep landing on me.

When one of these moments happens, I like to pause and think about what I was just talking about, feeling, or asking for. More often than not, I find there's a connection.

Whether that's the universe or simply my own awareness helping me see things differently, those moments always invite me to slow down and reflect.

This Week's Challenge

This week, I want you to give it a try!

Ask the universe for a sign. Maybe it's a butterfly, a dragonfly, a certain flower, a word, or even a song you haven't heard in years.

Then... Simply let it go and live your life. You might be surprised by what finds you.

If you already have a sign that's special to you, I'd love to know what it is. Has there ever been a moment where something appeared at exactly the right time and made you stop in your tracks?

Tell me in the comments. I can't wait to read your stories, and maybe we'll all start noticing a little more magic together.

Unfiltered always,
